Shipping
At this time, Exotic Birds of Red Bank ships to addresses within the Continental USA only. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we cannot ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS, our preferred carrier. Shipping charges are paid by the customer, and are calculated by weight and distance traveled. We have found this to be the most economical shipping method. When placing your order, you can select from the following options:
UPS Ground Residential: 2-6 business days (depending on your location)
UPS Ground Commercial: 2-6 business days (depending on your location)
UPS Second Day Air: guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day
UPS Next Day Air: guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day
During checkout, your order's total shipping charge is shown on the online order form before final order confirmation.
Order Fulfillment
We make every effort to ship all orders for in-stock merchandise within 24 hours of payment receipt. Weekend and Holiday orders are processed the next business day. Some items (like playstands and cages) are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor and may have longer lead times. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you immediately via e-mail before processing your order.
Packing & Handling Fees
It is our policy to only charge for the exact shipping costs. There are no packing or handling fees: we try to reuse and recycle boxes and packing material as much as possible, hopefully saving one more tree for our companion birds' wild cousins to enjoy.
Our Privacy Policy
We understand that your privacy is of the utmost importance. Therefore, we do not purchase, sell, trade or rent any information about our customers with third-party organizations.
When you order, we ask for your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We use your e-mail address to send you order-related e-mails. We will not use it to contact you for other types of communication without your permission.
We do not send out unsolicited e-mail. When you sign up for our mailing list, you will only receive the communication you have specifically asked for (bird care tips, special offers, coupons etc. from Exotic Birds of Red Bank). We believe that your e-mail address is private information, and you have our assurance that we do not rent or sell your e-mail address to anyone.
